Created at the Mindful Art group in Brighton to feature in the 2020 group calendar. Intuitively expressing myself through the language of art. Exploring the deeper depths of my heart and soul, with all my feelings at the time that couldn’t be put into words. 
 
Material: Mixed media using Acrylic paints, paper collage, stencilling and found objects including vintage buttons and crochet butterflies.
